Description

The reception building at Ulm main station is to be completely renovated.
The aim of the project is to improve the entire Ulm rail hub for travelers.
The following services are included in this contract award:
Energy supply:
The renewal of the NSHV is an essential part of the electrical services. This is to be newly installed in UG 1, in the room next to the previous LVS, and connected to the existing transformer. All new UVs as well as the existing systems will be connected here. The existing LVB will then be dismantled and the space used for the new meter system.
Sub-distribution boards will be installed on the respective floors to supply the general systems (lighting, lifting systems, etc.). The rental areas will receive tenant handover boxes (MÜK) in which the electrical connection will be handed over.
Lighting systems:
The lighting systems in the general areas, including the security lighting

Cabling:
In addition to the company's own cables and lines for the heavy current trade, lines and cables are to be supplied and installed for third-party trades. These are listed separately in the specifications.

In the area of the reception building, the systems will be newly installed as far as possible. The earthing / equipotential bonding in the area of the floor slab will be created in advance by the shell construction contractor and handed over to the heavy current contractor. In the federal police / express hall area, the system will be revised and repaired accordingly.

Planning:
A design plan (LP3) is handed over to the contractor for review and validation. Essentially, the services described therein are the content of this bill of quantities. On the basis of this design planning, the contractor shall prepare an implementation planning (LP5) and a work/installation planning (LP8). The
LP5 is to be prepared by a DB prequalified engineering office and submitted for approval in accordance with the schedule management.

Elements of the construction site equipment and the superordinate construction site organization are provided by a superordinate contractor over the entire construction period, so that only the order-specific parts are to be offered here.

Particular attention must be paid to the individual construction phase plans.
It is strongly recommended to inspect the site in detail before submitting a tender.
