Light rail line B, section 3 - Europaviertel
As part of the new construction of the Europaviertel light rail w
The following services will be awarded as part of the new construction of the Europaviertel light rail system:
1) approx. 2,600 m of track, underground route; of which:
- approx. 200 m ballast track in existing structure
- approx. 1300 m slab track with highly elastic rail bearings in new segmental tunnel (individual tubes with 6 m internal diameter)
- Approx. 400 m slab track with highly elastic rail bedding in new station construction
- Approx. 700 m slab track with highly elastic rail bedding in new open construction tunnel and ramp structure
2) Approx. 100 m of track, above-ground route; of which
- approx. 100 m longitudinal concrete beams, elevated grass track
3) Approx. 5,200 m empty shaft pipe system as edge, emergency and rescue route
