Description
You must be able to supply the following minimum quantities of Vitalipid N (or equivalent) injections:
1. A minimum quantity of 70,000 ampoules/vials of Vitalipid N Infant (or equivalent) injection, 10ml, preservative free.
Each ml contains:
- Retinol 69 mcg
- Ergocalciferol 1mcg
- Alpha-tocopherol 0.64 mg
- Phytomenadione 20 mcg
2. A minimum quantity of 88,200 ampoules/vials of Vitalipid N Adult (or equivalent) injection, 10ml, preservative free.
Each ml contains:
- Retinol 99 mcg
- Ergocalciferol 0.5 mcg
- Alpha-tocopherol 0.91 mg
- Phytomenadione 15 mcg
Packaging requirements
Requirements are:
- the immediate container and all levels of packaging of the actual sales pack must include an English translation
- the expiration date must be expressed in English and/or Arabic numerals in a clear and comprehensible format
Contract
A 3 year contract with a possible extension of up to 24 months.
