Description
The Wisconsin Division of Gaming, Office of Indian Gaming and Regulatory Compliance (OIGRC) vendor certification team is responsible for the investigation and certification of gaming-related vendors conducting business with Wisconsin gaming operations. This process requires submission of large applications on behalf of corporations and individuals representing these entities. These applications contain confidential information including corporate and personal financials and personally identifying information for individuals. Maintaining the confidentiality of all submitted information is vital and security of the system will be a key component. The current application submission process requires completion of large PDF documents, scanning of those documents and submission of large files by applicants via a secure online portal. Manual review of this information by Gaming staff is time-consuming and inefficient. The OIGRC plans to improve this process by implementing an online application system that will allow for secure submission and error checking of documents prior to submission.
