Vågan Municipality would like to use this call for tenders to purchase or lease service vehicles from one or several tenderers. There will be approx. 120-150 vehicles that will be replaced during the period from Sept. 2023 to Dec. 2032. The categories are electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, fossil fuel-powered vehicles-goods vans (with a need for trailers) and hydrogen vehicles. The scope of the contract is uncertain, and call-offs for vehicles will be made based on need. We expect that between 120-150 vehicles will be replaced during the period. It is difficult to estimate the value of the contract and the scope per product. The contract is estimated to have a value of approx. NOK 60 million to NOK 80 million over 10 years. Vågan Municipality has approx. 90 vehicles, including electric vehicles, diesel, hybrid and petrol. Vågan Municipality has a variety of cars/vehicles that meet different functional needs; some are leased and some are owned. They are normally replaced after four years. The majority of the leasing contracts have a duration of 48 months or 60 months.
