Description
CISSS des Laurentides wishes to enter into agreements for a three (3) year period for the maintenance of its uninterruptible power supply units located throughout its territory. For each maintenance, a report must be submitted outlining what has been done, the current state of health of the equipment, and whether any additional maintenance work is required. An approximate indication of remaining battery life is required. In the event that CISSS des Laurentides requests that maintenance be carried out on certain units in the evening, rather than during normal office hours, we ask that you indicate the additional premium associated with this requirement.
The bidder may submit a bid for one or more lots.
LOT 1 Secteur SUD (Saint-Eustache)
LOT 2 CENTRE-SUD sector (Argenteuil, Saint-Jérôme)
LOT 3 CENTRE-NORD area (Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts)
LOT 4 NORTH (Rivière-Rouge, Mont-Laurier)
TENDER GUARANTEE
No bid security is required.
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT
The contract will be subject to ACCQO and ALEC.

No site visits are planned as part of this call for tenders.
