Canada - University of Alberta - Request for Proposal - Polling and Audience Response Software Solution

The University has recently changed the Learning Management System (LMS) from Moodle to Canvas. As part of the current digital learning environment in Moodle, we have provided access to a student response system that was developed locally. That system is growing old and the functionality no longer meets the needs of the instructors. We are looking to add a student response system/audience engagement functionality into Canvas for our instructors to use in any of their courses. This RFP is being issued to partner with a vendor to provide a campus enterprise license for a student response system to help enhance and support student engagement both in class and for our remote students across all of our courses.

The University is inviting both solution providers and solution implementation specialists, with demonstrated experience in polling and student response software, to submit Proposals to the University. It is our intent to issue a contract for three (3) year(s), with the option to renew.
