General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Additional Requirements:

Must have facility access and operational control to air quality exposure testing chambers and supporting infrastructure in which the Agency would provide operational and maintenance support.  Also, there is a need for touchdown space for the chambers O&M contracted support.
Must have extensive freezer room for sample storage.
Must have an existing infrastructure for database and high computing systems.
Must be within proximity to a hospital system for immediate clinical and research support, emergency care services, and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) capabilities.
Must have facility access to loading docks, IT and telecommunication rooms, bottled gas and chemical waste rooms, and on-site diesel generator.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain).
