Description

UCD’s built environment is one of the most diverse and complex in the sector with a building portfolio ranging from basic teaching and offices type buildings to high-tech laboratory type buildings with sophisticated integrated control systems. Demands for the effective delivery of General Building Fabric Maintenance and Operation Services to the University community are significant. In order to achieve this, UCD Estate Services require a site-managed maintenance service with emphasis on a solution focused approach. To that end, UCD requires dedicated teams of highly experienced and motivated maintenance personnel. The maintenance service teams will be site based and managed by a site coordinator. Much emphasis will be placed on the ability of Tenderers to demonstrate that they have a proven track record of providing a site-managed general building fabric maintenance service.
