The services described in the specifications with service description (Annex B-02 of the tender documents) and the work card relating to maintenance shall be assigned to the Contractor. Maintenance and repair shall be carried out at least in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and in accordance with all applicable and relevant laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, etc. as well as the recognized rules of technology.

Maintenance must be carried out within normal working hours.

In connection with the maintenance, the Contractor is obliged to carry out those repair works which are essential to restore the target condition, which are not already included in the work card (Annex C-02a of the tender documents) and in the specifications and which do not increase the time normally expected for maintenance (up to a total net value of: EUR 30.00 per maintenance and system. Spare parts with a net value of more than: EUR 30.00 will be remunerated separately).

The Contractor shall carry out other repair work on request within a reasonable period of time. A separate contract shall be concluded for this purpose. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of these services.

The Contractor shall also be obliged outside the regular maintenance dates to rectify faults that impair the safety of the system or jeopardize the use of the building upon request. He must carry out the work immediately within normal working hours.

The Contractor shall be obliged to provide or supply all aids (e.g. measuring instruments, tools), auxiliary materials (e.g. lubricants and cleaning agents) as well as suitable access technology (e.g. ladders, lifting platforms) etc. required to perform the services. Unless otherwise stated, the costs are included in the unit prices.
