The contract includes the following main services:

The order includes the following services as required:
- An hourly rate is agreed for repair services outside of maintenance or inspection.
- A flat rate for travel costs for services outside of maintenance or inspection is agreed.

The order includes the following scope of services:
- 8 elevator systems

The inspection and maintenance services include all regular measures to maintain the flawless condition and function of the elevator and other technical systems and their equipment and devices in accordance with DIN 31051, which are necessary to determine and assess the actual condition (inspection), to delay the reduction of the existing wear stock (maintenance) and in accordance with the manufacturer's work instructions.

The Contractor shall accompany TÜV [or another approved inspection body (ZÜS)] when carrying out the interim and main inspections of the elevator systems. Appointments shall be arranged directly between the contractor and the ZÜS. The planned dates must be notified to the client in writing at least 2 weeks in advance. The final confirmation is the responsibility of the client.

The Contractor shall supply or provide all spare parts, time-limited parts, wearing parts, predetermined breaking parts and auxiliary materials (e.g. oils, lubricants, illuminants, accumulators, tools, cleaning agents, other operating and auxiliary materials) required for the agreed services. The Contractor shall bear the costs and risks of transportation.
