Objective\/completion of the measure(s):
The participants should be familiarized with the basics of rhetoric, communication and conversation in theory and practice. They should learn to reduce inhibitions about speaking, to speak freely and confidently, to argue convincingly and to use verbal and non-verbal communication channels.
All relevant knowledge and skills are to be imparted during the theoretical and practical training.
Number and duration of the measure(s):
Framework contract for 3 years with the option to extend by 1 year.
1 call-off is planned per year.
The measure has a duration of 5 days with 40 teaching units (TU).
One teaching unit corresponds to 45 minutes.
