Short description:
The trough bridge is part of the Magdeburg waterway intersection and is to undergo a major bridge inspection in 2025.
This results in the following tasks for the bidder to ensure the successful implementation of the measure:
The construction site is to be fenced off to secure it. The service to be provided consists of maintaining and erecting the barrier fences with the possibility of entering and driving onto the construction site through existing passages and gates.
The padlocks for the passages and gates, which can be secured by chains, shall be provided by the ABz (external district) so that the client retains control of the keys.
The construction site must be guarded around the clock by personnel qualified for this task, i.e. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Two security specialists are to be provided, one person at the east abutment and one person at the west abutment.
During the construction period, the transition from the north to the south bank is guaranteed for the two employees via the construction bridge. The contractor must provide accommodation for the two employees. This can be done using 2 small construction trailers, for example.
Furthermore, a double container for construction meetings must be provided on the BE area on the eastern abutment. Meeting tables with appropriate seating are sufficient for this purpose.
A sanitary container with toilets and washbasins for separate use by male and female persons must be provided in the same area. This must be operated via separate tanks, as there are no connection options.
Two porta-potties must be provided for the area of the west abutment.
The continuous supply of consumables and cleaning must be ensured.
