Bus transfer of seminar participants for the BAFzA - Bildungszentrum Ith

Short description:
The The contracting authority intends to award the service bus transfer of seminar participants - Bildungszentrum Ith -, Auf dem Ith 3, 37632 Holzen\/Ith from 01. 02. 2025.
One-week seminars are held at the Ith Education Center as part of the Federal Volunteer Service. During the seminars, participants stay overnight at the Bildungszentrum Ith. Arrival is usually on Monday and departure on Friday. Transfers must be made from Alfeld (Leine) train station to the Ith Training Center on the day of arrival and in the opposite direction on the day of departure. Up to 44 seminar weeks are currently planned per calendar year. Especially in the summer months, this can result in a seminar-free period of several weeks. The planned seminar weeks and the necessary transfers will be communicated by the client at the end of the previous year.
The contract is concluded from 01. 02. 2025 for a term until 31. 01. 2027 with the option of two extensions of 2 years each.
