Production and delivery of a locking system for the installation of the new permanent exhibitions in the Pergamonmuseum, consisting of the elements listed below.
A system is to be supplied that meets the general requirements for master key systems for public buildings (DIN EN 1303, DIN 18 252, locking security class 6) and for which the manufacturer is able to engrave the required additional designations on keys and cylinders. The delivery relates to four sub-projects:
1. ASG (AuE)
- Exhibition construction\/showcase construction with the equipment of exhibition buildings of five contractors.
2nd EnöB (AuE)
- Fitting out of fixed built-in furniture in non-public areas
3rd LIS (AuE)
- Fitting out of donation boxes
4th EöB (AuE)
- Fitting of fixed built-in furniture in public areas
The call-off of the award unit is divided into two separate delivery dates. A list (locking plan) with the cylinders and keys included in the locking system is provided.

Engravings for all 462 cylinders which, in addition to the standard locking number, contain a supplementary designation (SBZ) in the composition S-Pos dot 3-digit consecutive numbering. This is a consecutive numbering of the cylinders per lock and is used to uniquely assign the cylinder and installation location
Engravings for all 1512 keys that contain a 3-digit supplementary designation (SBS) in addition to the standard locking number. This is a consecutive numbering of the keys per lock and is used to uniquely assign the key and key carrier.

The following documents must be submitted with the tender
1. the turnover of the last three financial years
