Brief description:
The client (TLUBN) is aiming to connect water management facilities in the central regional area to the TLUBN's central control system. Specifically affected are 6 pumping stations, 2 weirs and 1 sluice. The object of the contract is to establish the remote control capability of the water management facilities.
The contract is divided into two lots:
Lot 1: Adaptation of external structures: upgrading (conversion and expansion) of water management facilities for connection to the central process control system using telecontrol stations, general work, low-voltage distribution, automation and telecontrol technology, property protection, installation for connection to the state data network, dismantling and disassembly, renewal of equipotential bonding, plant planning\/ documentation\/ commissioning, cables and services, laying systems, cable and line connections, connections, etc.
Lot 2: Control center expansion: Project preparation and work in coordination with lot 1, programming\/ expansion of the control system including instruction, training and documentation, etc.
