1. dismantling of existing plant components of the refrigeration system consisting of:
- two water-cooled compression chillers with a capacity of 780 kW each
- two cooling towers and a recooling unit with a total recooling capacity of 1,560 kW
- Buffer tank with approx. 5,000 l water supply
- as well as other associated system components such as MAG, pumps, valves, etc.
2. new construction of the refrigeration system consisting of
- two chillers with 400 kW cooling capacity each, refrigerant R-1234ze, installation in the technical center
- Two dry cooler recooling units (V-coolers), installed on the roof of building 4
- Two buffer tanks for cold water, each with 2,500 l
- 5 circulation pumps for cold water
- and other necessary system components such as valves, heat meters, thermometers, etc.
3. piping of the new system technology and connection of the new refrigeration system components to the existing refrigeration piping:
- Approx. 330 m of seamless black steel pipe in accordance with DIN EN 10216-1 including cold insulation
- approx. 122 fittings and connectors
4. new construction of a ventilation system as emergency ventilation due to the use of refrigerant R-1234ze consisting of
- one explosion-proof duct fan with 2,000 m³\/h
- Air duct as round pipe approx. 15 m, two ventilation grilles 1225x125 mm
5. maintenance of the technical systems, maintenance contract in accordance with the AMEV Maintenance 2018 contract template for new systems in conjunction with the construction work

Special suitability criteria:
In addition to the proof of suitability in accordance with §6a VOB\/A, the bidders must submit the following proof with the tender:
- Proof of expertise according to ChemKlimaschutzV.

Several main tenders are permitted, whereby each main tender must be capable of being awarded on its own merits. All main tenders that cannot be awarded on their own merits will be excluded from the award procedure.
The award criterion for the evaluation of the main and, if applicable, secondary tenders is the price. The price is determined from the total value of the bid. The valuation totals are determined from the recalculated bid totals, in particular taking into account discounts, reimbursement amount from the wage escalation clause, maintenance bids.
