Lot 08 Facade plastering work
Conservation, repair and partial renewal of façade plaster from the 15th to 17th centuries in accordance with monument conservation requirements
- Manual, predominantly small-scale working method using traditional plastering techniques (drawing plaster, smoothing plaster, joint coating),
- Conservation and restoration work to safeguard the existing building (injections, embankments, additions),
- Mapping and documentation services for the measures carried out in digital image plans and as text-image documentation,
- Proof of qualification and comparable proof of performance in the field of preservation and renewal of façade plaster/stucco in line with listed building requirements are mandatory,
- the existing building contains dolomitic limestone and mortar, usually contaminated with gypsum
- the work is mainly carried out on masonry renovated on site (including joint sealing)
- there is no entitlement to uninterrupted execution of the work,
- A high degree of coordination with other building trades is necessary
