1.The subject of the contract is the supply and planting of trees in the area of the Municipality of Szczecin (divided into parts), ie: PART I: Delivery and planting of trees in the areas of municipal greenery in Szczecin - region I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII and Central Cemetery PART II: Delivery and planting of trees in the areas of the Municipal Buildings and Premises Management in Szczecin 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV):03452000-3 Trees2.The subject matter of the contract is defined in detail in Annexes No. 7, 8/I and 8/II to the SWZ.Due to the limited number of characters - the remaining information is contained in Chapter III of the SWZ.
1.The subject of the order is the supply and planting of trees in the areas of urban greenery in Szczecin - region I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII and Central Cemetery2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV):03452000-3 Trees2.The subject of the contract is detailed in Annexes 7, 8/I to the SWZ.3. Warranty and guarantee:1) The Contractor shall provide a 36-month quality guarantee and warranty for defects for the completed subject of the contract, starting from the date of signing the protocol of final acceptance of the works. If a tree is replaced with a new tree (new plantings) during the warranty and guarantee period, the 36-month warranty and guarantee period for the new tree will be calculated from the date of its planting,2) During the warranty and guarantee period for defects, the Contractor will be required to inspect the planted stand - in June and September each year. This activity will be confirmed by an inspection protocol drawn up and signed by the Contractor and approved by the Principal's Representative,3) During the warranty and guarantee period, the Contractor will be obliged to provide warranty care, including.:a) ongoing watering of trees as needed, b) weeding of tree bowls, c) removal of regrowth, d) disease and pest control (e.g. spraying), e) fertilization, f) sanitary pruning, g) repairs and replacements of enclosures,h) other treatments necessary to maintain the vitality and appearance of trees, consistent with the species/variety.4.The Contractor shall perform the subject matter of the contract with the utmost care required of an entity professionally providing this type of work, on the principle of ensuring the highest quality of work, in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law, as well as with Ordinance No. 140/21 of the Mayor of the City of Szczecin, dated March 23, 2021, on Standards for Maintenance, Protection and Development of Green Areas of the City of Szczecin and the obligations for their implementation, with the SWZZ and with the bid, which shall form an integral part of the contract.5.The Contractor shall ensure, in the fleet of vehicles used in the performance of the subject matter of the contract, at least 10% share of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas within the meaning of the Act of January 11, 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels. 1.The subject of the contract is the supply and planting of trees on the premises of the Municipal Buildings and Premises Administration in Szczecin2.
