Description
The AMF3 observatory will deploy in north central Alabama with a central facility in the Bankhead National Forest (BNF). A phased deployment will include a central facility within the forest of the BNF at the Black Warrior Work Center (BWWC) consisting of a main office site, main instrument field, and a 140-foot scaffold tower. Unlike other ARM Mobile Facilities, AMF3 BNF is planned for a 5-8 year deployment
Because this deployment is in a forest, there will be a need to remove the occasion fallen tree from either an access road or on one of the sites defined in this document.
We are pleased to invite you to our upcoming pre-solicitation meeting via Teams on October 16th from 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm CST. Please confirm your attendance by emailing kcspencer@anl.gov, and i will send you a Teams link to join the meeting.
