Description
BIM GmbH intends to procure services for tree care work and gardening services for various properties via a dynamic procurement system.Tree pruning and tree care measures and felling of trees that are no longer safe for traffic are to be carried out in various properties (high school centers, administrative buildings, judicial, police, fire department and cultural objects, etc.).
Establishment of a DBS for the procurement of tree maintenance works divided into 1.category tree maintenance RV and 2.category tree maintenance.The DBS shall be carried out in 2 phases:1. Establishment and management of a bidder poolThe DBS shall be established for the duration specified in item 1.2 and for the range of services tree maintenance works. The procedure is carried out exclusively electronically. The contracting authority shall form a pool of bidders per category in which any interested party may submit an application to participate in the procedure at any time during the DBS. Companies that fully meet the formal conditions and the suitability criteria, within the framework of the participant competition, are admitted to the respective pool of providers and can submit a bid in the subsequent price competitions. 2. price competitionsThe specific subject of procurement shall be based on the needs of the contracting authority. The scope of needs per price competition varies and is either tendered and awarded as a framework agreement (1st category) over a longer period of time as well as awards for one-off services (2nd category) over a short period of time. There is no obligation on the part of the contracting authority to conduct price competitions. Within the framework of the price competitions, all suitable applicants (pool of bidders) will be invited to submit their bids, taking into account the formal provisions and the specified suitability criteria. The participants admitted to the DBS bidder pool are not obligated to submit a bid within the framework of the price competitions.
