Description
The object of the company of the contracting entity (hereinafter: AG), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Federal Republic of Germany, is currently the operation of a system for the collection of truck tolls, the provision of technical and consulting services in connection with the control services of the Federal Office for Goods Transport and the provision of services in correlation with the European Electronic Toll Service and the provision of supporting services with regard to the 4G mobile network expansion.The subject of the tender is transport services in Germany and, if necessary, Poland for used and new vans such as VW Crafter, MB V-Class, whereby vehicle tracking must be possible during transport. The vans are to be collected in tranches or in partial tranches and transferred to the transfer point. In individual cases, the transport of single vehicles may be necessary.
Logistical transportation services include the following activities: Collection, loading, transfer, unloading, and record keeping during vehicle receipt and vehicle delivery.There is a maximum quantity of transport of 1900 vans in the period from 2022 to 2027.For the procurement of these transport services, the contracting authority has introduced a dynamic procurement system. The first participation phase with a deadline of 01.08.2022 and the bidding phase for the first individual contract award in the course of this dynamic procurement system have already taken place. Against this background, no further deadlines apply for the receipt of applications for participation. Interested companies can apply for admission at any time during the term of the dynamic procurement system.Because of this possibility of applying at any time, the applicant pool can expand.Accordingly, the dynamic procurement system set up up to the time of the respective request for proposals (so-called applicant pool) will be used for the call for future transport services.
