Public notice is hereby given that the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION wishes to issue a call for tenders relating to the performance of a TRANSPORTATION AND MOVING SERVICE.

INFORMATION
As of October 23, 2024, tender documents will be available to any person or company on the "Système électronique d'appel d'offres" (SEAO) website. The price list can be found under "Customer service". Tender documents can only be obtained via the SEAO.
APPLICABLE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENTS
This invitation to tender is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements:
- TRADE AND COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN QUEBEC AND ONTARIO;
- CANADIAN FREE TRADE AGREEMENT;
- CANADA-EUROPEAN UNION COMPREHENSIVE ECONOMIC AND TRADE AGREEMENT;
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK
L'ORGANISME PUBLIC owns more than 105 facilities located in the northern Lanaudière region. To meet the operational needs of its facilities, ORGANISME PUBLIC requires occasional services to transport equipment from one facility to another, and occasionally to move one or more premises.
CLOSING, RECEIPT AND OPENING OF TENDERS
To be valid and considered, bids (one (1) original with no copies) must be placed in a sealed envelope marked "Tender for ON-DEMAND TRANSPORTATION AND MOVEMENT SERVICE" and must be received at 8, rue Monseigneur Lafortune, Saint-Paul (Québec) J6E 6G7, no later than November 25, 2024 at 10:00:00 a.m., local time, to be publicly opened at the same place, on the same day, at the same time. Any bid received after this time will be automatically rejected.
The PUBLIC BODY does not undertake to accept any of the bids received under this call for tenders.
Bids may also be submitted electronically. In this case, they may only be submitted via the electronic tendering system.

INFORMATION MEETING AND SITE VISIT
An information meeting is scheduled for November 7, 2024 at 2:00 pm. This meeting is not mandatory. Bidders must present themselves at the Centre d'excellence en santé, 110, rue Marie-Curie, Saint-Charles-Borromée, J6E 0W9.
Bidders are invited to attend the information meeting offered by the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION. Failure to attend may not be used as an excuse or pretext for errors, omissions or irregularities on the part of a bidder in the preparation of its bid. Each bidder is responsible for sending a representative to the meeting. Furthermore, the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION assumes no responsibility towards bidders who fail to attend the information meeting with regard to any information that may have been given at the meeting.
TENDER GUARANTEE
No bid security is required.
OFFICE CLOSURE
If, due to exceptional circumstances, the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION has to close its offices on the day indicated for the site visit and/or for the receipt of bids, this date will be postponed to the next working day, at the same place and time.
