Framework agreement with purchase orders for the collection, transport and disposal of hazardous chemical waste, empty packaging soiled with hazardous substances and waste from health care activities located on the CNRS sites of the Gif-Sur-Yvette delegation, i.e. the Gif campus and the C2n site in Palaiseau - Lot 1: hazardous chemical waste and empty packaging soiled with hazardous chemical substances - Lot 2: waste from health care activities involving infectious or similar risks
the framework agreement includes the following minimum services for lot 1 - the provision of standardized containers, as soon as the framework agreement is notified - the supply of suitable labels as soon as the framework agreement is notified - 2 types of collections for the Gif sur Yvette site with systematic weighing; scheduled and ad hoc waste collections - on-demand waste collections for the C2n site - creation of a waste tracking form (WFS) on trackdechet - transportation of HIW and waste products - treatment and disposal of HIW and waste products - recovery of solvents on the C2n site - recovery of sludge on the C2n site - creation of a chronological waste register in Excel format - purchase of new containers The framework agreement includes the following services, at a minimum, for lot 2: - the provision of containers for the storage of dasri - the creation of BSDs on the tracked waste - the systematic weighing of each package - on-board weighing in the collection truck - the supply of labels adapted to the adr, if necessary - the collection of DASRI on request according to a schedule defined for the Gif sur Yvette site - the transport of dasri - the treatment and elimination of Dasri - the creation of a chronological waste register in Excel format - the purchase of new packaging
