Towing services and management of municipal pounds

Ville de Gatineau is seeking bids for towing and impoundment services for all vehicles other than Ville de Gatineau-owned vehicles to meet the needs of the Service de police de la Ville de Gatineau (SPVG), and is seeking bids for towing and recovery services for all Ville de Gatineau-owned vehicles.

Individuals and companies interested in this contract must obtain the tender documents from the Système électronique d'appel d'offres (SEAO) by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 1 877 336-7326 or 418 646-0177, or by visiting the website www.seao.ca, quoting the reference number 20022805. Documents must be obtained at the cost established by SEAO. Documents will be available on the SEAO website on Friday, October 11, 2024.

Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 11, 2024 at the Service de l'approvisionnement responsable, located at 476, boulevard Saint-René Est, 2nd floor, Gatineau (Québec) J8P 8A9 or transmitted electronically exclusively through the Government of Québec's electronic tendering system (SEAO) and publicly opened on the same day and at the same time. All bids received after this date will be rejected.

Ville de Gatineau is not obliged to accept the lowest or any of the bids received, nor to incur any obligation or costs towards the bidder(s).
