For regulatory reasons, the provision of security personnel is mandatory.In order to meet this requirement, we are looking for companies to perform the following services:; patrolling the event site day\/night; manning\/guarding defined locations; night watches; general security activities on the event site as instructed; keeping fire department passages and escape routes clear; securing disaster control routes in the event of an incident; implementing the evacuation concept; monitoring compliance with opening hours; visual monitoring of event technology\/infrastructure measures; (cable mats, fences, ducts, toilets, etc.) and, if necessary, directing or reporting; stewarding services; security staff.Additional tasks may be added at short notice; Each security employee must have a radio and be reachable via this; The radios and any frequency (to be applied for) must be provided by the contractor; A room container will be provided to the contractor by the client; Before coordination with the security authorities, the expected number of hours of the total package is: 6.000 hours for security staff; The above-mentioned deployment hours are subject to change, but form the basis for preparing the offer; It is possible to increase or reduce the contingent.
