Description

An individual contract is to be concluded to support regular IT operations for the central Windows server systems in the infrastructure, application systems and virtualization environment of ILB. This will ensure continuous support and further development in these system areas. The expected duration of support is calculated at approx. 80 person days (PT) per year. The contract term is set at 2 years with 2 options to extend for a further year in each case. Services shall be provided at the ILB's location, in exceptional cases remotely if necessary after prior and timely consultation with the client. The client is not obliged to accept the services. The service call-off shall take place in individual task packages in coordination with the contractor.
