Description
TLS - CUGNAUX (31) - EDME district - CCAEM construction of a food and leisure complex (EAL). The objectives of this project are to
- Construct a new building for a new collective restaurant serving 1,250 lunches and 250 dinners.
- Develop the external space (parking, roads, green areas).
The operation will be carried out under a Design Build Maintain contract (CCAEM), comprising a firm maintenance tranche lasting three years from handover to the user, and an optional tranche also lasting three years.
