Title: Construction and maintenance of a gas technology system for the production of hydrogen (consisting of a plant for the compression and storage of hydrogen, a transfer station to a hydrogen pipeline and filling / withdrawal stations for hydrogen trailers up to 500 bar), including detailed engineeringDescription: Stadtwerke Stuttgart GmbH (SWS) is realizing the Green Hydrogen Hub Stuttgart project at the Am Mittelkai 25, 70327 Stuttgart site. The project includes hydrogen production, a hydrogen pipeline, a trailer filling system and a battery storage system. The subject of this contract is the construction of the gas technology systems connected to at least two PEM electrolyzers, including detailed engineering and maintenance. After successful commissioning and acceptance, SWS will become the operator of the gas technology systems. The gas technology systems must be coordinated with the other components of the Green Hydrogen Hub Stuttgart and, together with these, form a functional overall system. The contractor must take this into account when preparing the detailed engineering and manufacturing the systems. In particular, the hydrogen is to be produced in several PEM electrolysers and, after compression or storage, fed into a hydrogen pipeline or used to fill trailers. The hydrogen production system is to be electricity market-led, i.e. regulated in line with price developments on the electricity market. A detailed description of the interfaces and responsibilities can be found in the separate document "Service specifications for gas technology systems" (= Annex 1 of the tender documents) With regard to the gas technology systems in the Green Hydrogen Hub Stuttgart, the contractor will provide the following services: 1. creation of detailed engineering (based on the service specifications including systems)2. Delivery and installation of the gas technology systems (installation incl. work equipment for on-site assembly and installation of the system, including piping, factory acceptance test, site acceptance test, acceptance) 3. Handover of the gas technology systems to SWS including instruction of the system and training 4. Maintenance, servicing incl. wear and consumables including recurring inspections.
