GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH is a municipal company that provides construction, operation and management services for over 50 general education schools in the south of Hamburg (Wilhelmsburg and Harburg) as well as for university and municipal buildings.

The Stu?benhofer Weg primary and district school was built in the 1960s and supplemented shortly afterwards by temporary pavilions. In the course of previous construction and renovation measures, some of the existing buildings have already been replaced by new buildings.
In the three construction phases now underway, the new construction and renovation measures at this site are to be completed and new areas created for the elementary school and the district school.

The first construction project comprised the construction of a new classroom building for the elementary school, the construction of a new single-field sports hall and an extension for specialist classes at the district school. In the second construction phase, a workshop building will be erected, an existing building will be renovated and a second single-field sports hall will be built. The demolition of existing buildings will be carried out in advance.
Following the individual construction phases, the outdoor facilities will be redesigned.

The aforementioned measures will take place while the school remains open.

The services tendered in this procedure only include the construction measures for the workshop building.
