Description
This service description for VE 134 Painters includes construction services for the 4SD measure - new construction of a quadruple sports hall in Dinslaken. Essentially, the following partial services are described:+ Interior wallsThe drywalls (GKB & GKBI) Concrete walls and sand-lime brick masonry walls (KS masonry) are treated on the ground floor and basement with Tiefengrund I Haftgrund for priming absorbent substrates on a prepared substrate, which is to be filled from Q2 to Q3, and then in wet rooms such as WC areas with dispersion silicate paint NAK 2 and in the remaining areas with dispersion silicate paint NAK 2. The solid wood walls on the first floor are made of solid spruce wood, untreated, planed in visible quality and are washed with a basic cleaner, coated with alkyd resin-based wood lye, water-based with UV filter, to brighten the wood and protect it from darkening. The glulam beams and the glulam supports in the hall are also given a semi-transparent pigmented finish.+ Ceilings The ceilings in the ground floor and basement, consisting of suspended plasterboard panels in GK, GKBI versions and a perforated GK acoustic panel, are also treated with Tiefengrund I Haftgrund for priming absorbent substrates on a prepared substrate (Q3) and coated with NAK 3 dispersion silicate paint. The ceiling construction of the sports hall consists mainly of melamine resin-glued glued laminated timber and in some areas of untreated, planed three-ply spruce panels in visible quality, to be cleaned with basic cleaner, coated with alkyd resin-based wood lye, water-based with UV filter, to lighten and darken the wood. In the spaces between the glulam trusses, lamellas made of three-layer panels are mounted, which are also to be coated in parts like the aforementioned timber components. + Roof structure The entire roof structure of the sports hall is constructed from glulam trusses and cross-laminated timber elements. The timber components are to be coated by the contractor painter in the same way as the timber walls on the ground floor.+ Ceilings The ceilings on the ground floor and basement consist of suspended plasterboard panels + external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS)The rising sports hall wall in axis D above the technical roof is to be designed as an ETICS (h= approx. 3.30 m). The entire plinth area of the building (entrance building & hall building) is also to be designed as an ETICS construction, h= approx. up to 60 cm above ground level. The ETICS consists of XPS insulation boards with WLG 038, with a top coat of silicone resin plaster and a final coat of silicate paint in anthracite. The base of the plinth area consists of a reinforced concrete wall C25/30 in the area of the entrance building and of waterproof concrete in the sports hall area, which is sealed with BMPC by the contractor roofing contractor. In axis 15 I A-D (changing room area), a glulam solid wood wall d= 12cm is planned. + The painting and varnishing work includes all associated filling, priming, intermediate and finishing painting and varnishing work as well as connections to adjacent components, etc.
