Description

The project involves refurbishment work on Block 1 of the Olympiapark building in Berlin, which is a listed building. The refurbishment includes the renewal of the flat pitched (5°-12°) roof above the domed hall. Roof 2 with a total of approx. 2300m²: - New roofing with 2-layer bitumen roofing - Installation of 14 flat roof windows - Eaves formation zinc (approx. 60m) - Installation of fall protection by means of securants - Dismantling of existing roof drainage and new roof drainage (approx. 60 m gutter in special format) incl. all necessary installation parts such as gutter bases, hanging sockets, gutter angles, downpipes etc. Roof 1: - Cleaning, processing and coating work on the prism dome with 3400 glass blocks.
