Description

The Westsächsische Hochschule Zwickau intends to purchase a used rapier weaving machine prepared for electronic Jacquard machines for teaching and research purposes.

The following minimum requirements must be met:

Machine condition: Used

Position 1: 1 piece rapier weaving machine, prepared for electronic Jacquard machine

- nominal width 190 cm
- Weft insertion by means of bar rapier or belt rapier, open shed weft insertion, center transfer, outside the shed mechanical rapier guidance
- positive rapier heads / controlled point transfer or equivalent technical system
- shedding prepared for electronic Jacquard machine, with shed board support, without shed board frame
- Machine frame in stable design, with mounting device for integrated jacquard frame
- Full leno selvedge devices, leno bobbin storage for 4 bobbins
- Edging device for catch selvedge, catch selvedge drums
- mechanical selvedge shears, driven by cams or motorized
- electric warp stop motion, 10,000 drop wires, toothed contact bars and illuminated display
- bar width adjuster, 1 additional set of combination width adjusters for conversion when changing material
- Warp beam support at the bottom for EuroFix full warp beam
- 1 full warp beam, pulley diameter up to 800 mm, warp beam tube with a diameter of at least 216 mm, with gusset holes
- Weaving beam 120mm diameter
- 5 weaving reeds:
2 reeds 90/10 cm,
1 reed each in 70/10, 80/10, 100/10
- Pre-winding system with 8 pre-winding devices including device rack and bobbin rack with spare bobbins and overflow as well as weft stop motion for 8 weft threads
- Spare parts kits: Packages with the most important wear parts for the weaving machine and the most important circuit boards, yarn storage heads for pre-winding devices
- Tool sets: Leveling aid for precise alignment of the machine at the installation site, additional machine lifter if necessary, complete set of standard tools, torque wrench and screwdriver for installing and maintaining the machine, setting gauges and devices for commissioning and when changing widths, for example, auxiliary tools for article changes, access cards or USB sticks as electronic keys, stroboscope for setting work on the weaving machine
- Initial supply of oil and grease
- In the first 2 years after delivery, a fitter for 1 day once a year
- Packing and shipping, free delivery
- Auxiliary material for unloading the machine by crane from the truck to ground level (eyebolts, support beams, etc.), instructions for unloading by crane, auxiliary material will be returned at the supplier's request after use
- Installation and commissioning: travel costs, travel time, board and lodging to be borne by the supplier
- Training course for a maximum of 2 weeks after commissioning in Zwickau for a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 participants: travel costs, travel time, board and lodging to be borne by the supplier

Exclusion criteria
If the products offered do not meet the minimum technical requirements of the invitation to tender, the tender must be excluded from the evaluation.
Compliance with the minimum requirements must be evident from the tender or its attachments (technical data sheets, self-declaration of assurance, etc.). If individual (technical) performance parameters are not clear and comprehensible from the documentation in the tender and this information is not submitted even after the client has attempted to clarify the situation, this will lead to the tender being excluded from the evaluation.

General requirements
The bidder guarantees the functionality of each individual component and of the individual components in their overall functionality.
All components must fulfill the functionalities listed in the invitation to tender.
Individual and total net prices in EURO (EUR) per item as well as a total price must be stated in the tender.
