Description
With the expansion of the Görzhäuser Hof III commercial area, the University City of Marburg intends to designate a commercial and industrial area that is as climate-neutral as possible within the meaning of Sections 8 and 9 of the German Building Code (BauNVO) to attract further commercial enterprises and thus raise the profile of the "Görzhäuser Hof" site as a nationally important pharmaceutical location. Early participation in the development plan process has taken place. Stadtentwicklungsgesellschaft Marburg is coordinating the implementation of the development facilities in consultation with the city. The approx. 18-hectare planning area (owned by Stadtentwicklungsgesellschaft Marburg mbH) is located in the Michelbach-Görzhäuser Hof district of the university town of Marburg to the north of the existing commercial and industrial area (Görzhäuser Hof I + II).
For the implementation of the project, an engineering office is being sought for the project planning of the traffic facilities and engineering structures in accordance with § 47 and § 43 HOAI in the LPH 1-8 and local construction management.
