Description
The University of Lüneburg Foundation intends to procure the configuration and implementation of the open source software Mautic (or equivalent) for marketing automation in the area of interested party communication (email marketing), including options for form creation with email automation for managing contact data and inquiries from interested parties in the three schools College, Graduate School and Professional School. Compliance with all data protection standards (e.g. double opt-in and opt-out functions) and the option of individually restricting user rights to access the data collected are important. In addition to the licenses for the cloud operation of the open source software on the service provider's server for at least 24 months (2 years) with the option of two extensions of 24 months each (maximum term 6 years), the configuration adapted to the university as well as the training of administrators and subsequent users (creation of forms in the CI, creation of marketing automation campaigns, creation of mailings in the CI, use of the dashboard) are also put out to tender. This tender is a product-specific tender for the open source software Mautic. For reasons of better readability, the addition "or equivalent" is omitted in this tender.
