Description

The town of Oelde is planning the construction of a new multifunctional triple sports hall at the Wiedenbrücker Straße\/"Zur Axt" junction in 59302 Oelde. The new building is necessary due to the lack of hall space in the school area of the town of Oelde - but it will also be used for training and competitions by sports clubs. In addition to the three hall areas, the hall will also have a fixed grandstand with a capacity of 392 seats. This will be supplemented by an extendable telescopic stand, which will provide seating for 400 people and 8 wheelchair spaces plus seating for 400 people.
The three-court sports hall is planned as a compact quadrangular structure with a width of approx. 45 m and a depth of 70 m. The east and west facades run parallel to each other. The north wall ("rear") follows the course of the Axtbach stream and the southern entrance façade turns slightly towards the crossroads. This creates an irregular quadrangle. The organization of the supporting structure and the extension follows the parallel east and west façades or is orthogonal to them.
The building is 2-storey (with a partial additional technical level in the attic). The clear hall height to the lower edge of the supporting structure is 7.50 m. The attic is approx. 11.50 m high. The 4 stairwells (TH) are located in the corners, starting with TH 1 in the southwest (central stairwell with elevator and access route for the fire department) and following clockwise with TH 2 (student access), TH 3 and 4 access and escape route for events. The central sports hall area can be reached directly from the southern foyer - with the multifunctional room above it. The equipment and control rooms are located to the west of the sports hall on the ground floor, the changing areas on the upper floor and the technical level and a storage area on the top floor. The grandstand facilities and ancillary rooms for events are located to the east. The hall is connected to the north by a storage area and a further technical area on the upper floor.

The subject of this tender is the services for the partition curtain system.

The work essentially comprises the following services:
- Preparatory assembly of substructure (without sports floor)
- Sewing and installation of 2 partition curtain systems after installation of baffle wall and sports floor.
