Description
The town of Höchstadt a.d. Aisch is planning to modernize the ice rink in Höchstadt a.d. Aisch. This will involve renovating the ice rink and adding two single-storey extensions with various functional areas.
The client is inviting tenders for the installation work for the refrigeration technology for the 60x30 m ice hockey pitch for the above-mentioned construction project.
The contractor is to supply and install an ammonia refrigeration system for the ice surface with a filling weight of approx. 2.9 t NH3 as well as the construction of the ice surface including sub-freezing protection and refrigeration piping. The refrigeration system supplies secondary consumers via a WÜ-NH3\/brine and cools the concrete standard ice rink via a flooded NH3 direct evaporator with steel piping.
In addition, a large-scale ammonia heat pump is to be supplied for heating the pool of the adjacent outdoor pool in summer and for heating the building in winter. Furthermore, the switchgear for the refrigeration system and HVAC technology is to be supplied.
The run-up/preparation of the construction work will take place by 17.01.2025.
The work is to be carried out from 20.01.2025 to 30.11.2025, taking into account the interim deadlines.
