The tendered services include the technical equipment of the system groups KG 410 waste water, water and gas systems; KGR 420 heat supply systems; KGR 434 refrigeration systems; KGR 474 fire extinguishing systems in accordance with the preliminary remarks for the new construction of the two to four-storey staggered city and district archive with a gross floor area of approx. 1,770 m² in reinforced concrete skeleton construction filled with non-load-bearing masonry. The technical installations of the lightning protection and earthing system and the laying of underground pipes and shafts under the floor slab and in the outdoor area were included in the shell construction contract.
