The technical service building 1st construction phase forms the start of a building for uses and facilities that are necessary to maintain flight operations on the east apron of Munich Airport. The building is to be constructed on the same building line as the existing building RGS5 on the north-eastern apron of the airport; it contains the two main uses "fresh water treatment and filling of tank vehicles for service water in aircraft" and "sewage chute for the disposal of toilet waste from aircraft". The building has a length of 37.10 m, a width of 23.29 m and a height above ground level of 7.35 m for the main roof and 8.27 m for the technical roof. It includes a full basement with technical facilities in the basement.
