No:ODPP/ ONB /01 /2024-2025 1.         The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions invites bids from eligible local Bidders for the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of VRF Air Conditioning System at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions. 2.         Bidding will be conducted using the National Bidding and is open to all eligible Bidders that meet the following minimum qualification criteria as per the instruction to Bidders. 3.         Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the eProcurement System http:\\eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org.  Reference Number on the system DPP/IFB/2024/102 and inspect the bidding documents.             A pre-bid meeting which potential bidders may attend, will be held on Tuesday 05 November 2024 at 14 hrs in the:                               Conference Room                               Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions,                               16th Floor, Garden Tower, Poudrière st,                               Port Louis. 4.         Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Tuesday 26 November 2024 up to 13.30 hrs (Local Time). 5.         Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Tuesday 26 November 2024 at 16.01 hours till Thursday 28 November 2024 at 10.00 hours. 6.         Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 10.01 hours on Thursday 28 November 2024 at the address below:                               Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions,                               15th Floor, Garden Tower,                               Poudriere St, Port Louis
