The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements pursuant to Section 130a (8) SGB V for finished medicinal products with the active ingredient somatropin (ATC: H01AC01) within the framework of a so-called "open-house model". Subject to uniform contract conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies are offered the opportunity to conclude or join a discount agreement in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V for the aforementioned active ingredients or medicinal products. Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents and the respective contract from the above-mentioned contact address.
