Description

The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V for medicinal products with the active ingredient interferon beta-1a (ATC code according to WHO: L03AB07). The agreement is concluded within the framework of a so-called open house model, i.e. the conclusion of an agreement is open to all interested pharmaceutical companies within the participation period, provided that they fulfill and accept the participation requirements. As a result, individual contract negotiations are not conducted and there is no (supply) exclusivity. It should be noted that the purchase volume is unknown, as it depends on demand and the development of the number of insured persons, the prescription behavior of doctors and the dispensing and stockpiling behavior of public pharmacies. Accordingly, minimum purchase quantities are not guaranteed. Interested pharmaceutical companies can download the participation documents via the project room of the German Procurement Portal (DTVP). An application for access to the project room is required first. Once access has been granted by the contracting authority, the participation documents can then be accessed. The documents to be submitted can be found in the documents "Cover letter" and "Explanation of the terms of contract" stored in the project room. Communication, including the transmission of the participation documents, will take place electronically via the DTVP tender portal; details can be found in the aforementioned documents. Any information to the contrary in the contract notice is due to technical reasons and is not binding.requests to participate can be submitted for the first time by 04.06.2024.all other submission deadlines can be found in the "Submission deadlines" annex in the project room. If the day of the submission deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or national public holiday, the next working day shall take the place of such a day. In the event of late receipt, the submitted requests to participate will be considered for the next submission deadline. Irrespective of the date of conclusion of the contract, the discount agreement shall end on June 30, 2025 at the latest; the client reserves the right to terminate the open house procedure prematurely, in particular in the event of the conclusion of exclusive discount agreements; in this case, the discount agreements already concluded shall end in accordance with the contractual provisions. In the contracting authority's experience, exclusive discount agreements generally come into force 8 to 12 months after publication of the corresponding contract notice in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union.
