Description
The subject of this publication is the conclusion of agreements in accordance with Section 130 a (8) SGB V on finished medicinal products with various active ingredients or combinations of active ingredients as part of a so-called "open house model".
The agreement can be joined or concluded at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not conducted.
The earliest contract start date is 01.08.2024. Based on this, the maximum contract term is 23 months. The contract ends on 30.06.2026 regardless of the start of the contract.
Should AOK Hessen issue a call for tenders for exclusive contracts in the form of an open procedure for the active ingredients during the term of the contract, the contracts concluded within the scope of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
