Description
The subject of this procurement is the central H³ infrastructure with MPI and central IHE AD. The use case "Teleradiology Network Hamburg" is to be implemented, in which documents and image data are provided locally for subsequent use in further treatment episodes in other facilities. With the authorization granted during a treatment, the patient can allow another facility that is a participant in the H³ initiative to access the documents and image data provided and transfer them to the treatment documentation. The central infrastructure comprises the central H³ Master Patient Index (MPI) and key components of the central IHE Affinity Domain (IHE AD). A comprehensive administration interface must be provided for the central IHE AD.
The operation of the central infrastructure is exclusively intended as a cloud solution with SaaS operation by the contractor and must be offered accordingly.
