The subject of this tender is the award of maintenance services for the elevator system at the Dortmund site.
The aim of the procurement is to conclude a maintenance contract for the full maintenance of the elevator systems with a contract term of 4 years with the option of two extensions of one year each on the part of the client. Contract/start of service is 01.01.2025.
The contractor must be able to provide on-site support for the elevator.
The contractor must ensure that the emergency call system is functional at the start of the contract. An emergency call device via landline is available, which must be reprogrammed accordingly by the start of the contract.
