Description
The subject of this invitation to tender is the award of a framework contract for the supply and installation (if required) of visitor and conference chairs
? for the furnishing of the areas in the Federal Railway Directorate used by the city and in parts for areas used jointly with the Jobcenter in the fixed delivery period between 22.04.2025 and 31.05.2025 (Part A)
? as well as to cover the further requirements for visitor and conference chairs of the City of Wuppertal, its associated companies, its own operations and the Wuppertal schools over the entire term of the contract from the award of the contract until 28.02.2026 (Part B).
The framework agreement has a maximum purchase volume of ? 180,000 net over the entire term of the contract. This is not a guaranteed purchase volume. The actual order volume may also deviate downwards. The contract resulting from this invitation to tender begins automatically on award of the contract and ends on 28.02.2026 without the need for termination or alternatively earlier upon reaching the aforementioned maximum order volume.
