Description
The subject of this invitation to tender is the award of a framework contract for the supply and assembly of office swivel chairs
? for the furnishing of the areas in the Federal Railway Directorate used by the city and in parts for areas used jointly with the Jobcenter in the fixed delivery period between 22.04.2025 and 31.05.2025 (Part A)

The framework agreement for parts A and B together has a maximum total purchase volume of ? 220,000 net over the entire term of the agreement. This is not a guaranteed purchase volume. The actual order volume may also deviate downwards. The contract resulting from this invitation to tender shall automatically end on 28.02.2026 upon award of the contract without the need for termination or alternatively earlier upon reaching the aforementioned maximum order volume.
There is no obligation to commission the estimated maximum purchase volume. This is not a guaranteed purchase volume. The actual order volume may deviate downwards without affecting the offer price and the quality of the service.
