Description

The subject of this tender is the ecological construction supervision of the archaeological prospection work for the delimitation of existing suspected archaeological monuments (VBD) and for the systematic investigation of further as yet unknown suspected archaeological monuments (VBD) in compliance with species protection regulations in the context of the development of the development plan for the approximately 256 ha plan area in Geilenkirchen-Lindern in accordance with the project and service description. A processing time of 50 months (October 2024 - December 2028) is assumed for the services listed in this contract.

The main services to be provided by the contractor are the following general services with the following content:

- Preparatory measures: Review of all environmentally relevant planning documents, development of a concept for measures and an emergency plan, obtaining additional necessary permits

- Ecological construction supervision staggered according to 3 investigation sections (UA) consisting of inspection rounds to ensure compliance with the requirements, introduction of necessary protective measures, logging of the inspection rounds

- Preparation of required interim reports and participation in regular jour fixes

- Final documentation
