The subject of this award procedure is the transfer of the object planning of the outdoor facilities for the conversion and extension of the Albert Schweitzer School. 2022 saw the start of planning for the conversion of the Albert Schweitzer Primary School. In the preceding phase 0, the pedagogical concept was developed and the room program was created for this, which provides for a concept with an open learning landscape. On this basis, the tender for the services in the area of building and interior design was issued in 2024 as part of a negotiated procedure with a call for tenders. A winning design emerged from the implied ideas competition, which will serve as the basis for further planning and tenders.
