The subject of the tender is the supply of natural gas for the properties of public administration bodies, mainly in the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein, as a full supply.

Natural gas is requested for the supply of the points of purchase, for which the tendering body has not set any production specifications.

Only the pure service for the procurement and supply of energy and handling is put out to tender. The bid prices in this invitation to tender are therefore net prices, exclusively for the services to be provided by the bidder (handling) for the supply of the respective point of delivery.

Not included in the tender price are, in accordance with the provisions in no. 2 of the framework agreement (included in the tender documents), the charges for energy and for grid use, metering point operation, billing, charges in accordance with the gas security surcharge § 26 of the Energy Security Act, charges for gas storage surcharge § 35e of the Energy Industry Act, Fees SLP balancing levy \/ RLM balancing levy (formerly "control and balancing energy levy"), fees for biogas balancing amount, levy for market area conversion, concession fee, natural gas tax = energy tax, CO2 pricing - surcharge on the energy taxes for natural gas, and VAT at the current rate.

There are 1054 consumption points with an annual reference consumption of approx. 179 GWh.
